These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of luggageranch.co.ke (the “website”) and to every order you place with Luggage Ranch Limited (“Luggage Ranch”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Kenya with its shop at Old Nation House, Ground Floor, Shop No. 11, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and descriptions
We sell bags, luggage and travel accessories. We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen and measurements are approximate. If an item you receive does not match its description, you can return it under our Refund and Returns Policy.
2. Prices
All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free within Nairobi CBD; for other locations we confirm the delivery fee with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Sale prices apply only while stock lasts or until the stated end date. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by SMS, phone, WhatsApp or email, or when we dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if payment fails or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
4. Payment
You can pay by M-Pesa, by card through our secure checkout, or in cash or M-Pesa at our shop. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
We deliver across Kenya. Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us within 7 days if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect.
6. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
7. Warranty
Where a manufacturer warranty applies to a product, we will help you make a claim. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents and overloading are not covered.
8. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Please give accurate contact and delivery details so we can fulfil your order.
9. Use of the website
You may use the website for personal shopping only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy our content, photos or logo for commercial use without written permission. All content on the website belongs to Luggage Ranch Limited or is used with permission.
10. Privacy and cookies
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019. The website uses cookies to run the shopping cart, remember your preferences and measure visits.
11. Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather or network outages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
