Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Luggage Ranch Limited, we deliver bags, luggage and travel accessories quickly and securely across Kenya. This policy explains how and when your order reaches you, and what delivery costs.
Delivery costs
- Nairobi CBD: free delivery.
- Shop pickup: free. Collect your order from our shop at Old Nation House, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi CBD.
- Rest of Nairobi and the rest of Kenya: the delivery fee depends on your location and the size of the bag(s). We call or WhatsApp you to confirm the exact fee before your order is dispatched, so there are no surprises.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Kenya, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika and surrounding areas.
Estimated delivery times
- Nairobi: within 24 hours
- Major towns: 1–2 business days
- Remote areas: may take longer depending on courier availability; we will confirm the expected date when we call you
Delivery times can vary because of courier schedules, traffic or other delays outside our control.

Receiving your order
